If you are a smoker, you already know that smoking is bad for you, and you should stop. Every person knows that smoking destroys your lungs, hearts and circulation. But, how many of you know that smoking is destroying your appearance as well?!
Smokers sleep less than nonsmokers, and they need more time to get up from the bed in the morning. Lack of sleep causes bags under your eyes! So if you tried to ‘’cure’’ them, but you haven’t succeed, try stop smoking, and you will see the result. This problem is related to another. Lack of sleep can be responsible for gaining body weight! You will stay up longer in the night, so you will probably have some snack, and our body will store those calories instead of burning them!
Nicotine in cigarettes is harmful for your health and for your teeth. You probably noticed that smokers have yellow teeth, or even worse, black! This is because of nicotine. Even if you brush your teeth every day, they will still be yellow. The only solution is teeth whitening, if you don’t want to stop smoking, but it costs between $500 and $1000. Much cheaper solution is to stop smoking.
Smokers have worse blood circulation than nonsmokers. This means that the brain and skin get less oxygen that they really need. Because of that, your brain cannot function at full capacity. Your skin is aging much faster as well. It develops wrinkles, much faster than usual. Smokers looks 1.4 years older than nonsmokers! Even your hair is thinner when you smoke! Yellow fingers are ‘’normal’’ for all smokers. They aren’t dangerous for your health, but they look awful! The only solution for all these problems is the easiest, stop smoking!
