About 71 percent of the earth’s surface comprises of water. Right from oceans, to rivers, springs and small ponds we are surrounded by water almost everywhere. What is even more interesting is that studies have shown how water makes up 2/of who we are and also how all our bodies processes fully depend on water. No wonder we are so dependent on this life-giving source.

2)    Improves Digestion:In order to feel healthy and lighter, it is important that we have a good digestive system in place.  Drinking water helps in reducing the pressure on the kidneys and liver by helping to flush out the waste from your body. This prevents constipation.

3)    It helps fight fatigue: During a heavy work out session it is important to keep yourself hydrated. While working out drinking water helps in preventing exhaustion of the muscles and keeps you fit.

4)    Calms you down: It is seen that water has the tendency to calm you down in any situation. So when stressed out, take a deep breath and drink a glass of water. This would help lighten your mood and calm your thought process.
