Keep up the hydration
Water and more water! Instead of gorging on chocolates, swipe your cravings with water and healthy drinks. Fresh fruit juices are great for ensuring the stomach is filled and the body is hydrated, which will reduce your need for calories overtime.

Clear processed foods
Spend the weekend checking the cupboards and fridge for processed foods and aerated drinks. Unless you have the comfort and junk food at hand, your mind won’t be yearning to have them.

Get healthy alternatives
If you cannot do without chocolate, rush to the nearest store to find the best dark chocolates available. For your regular cravings, opt for sugar-free chewing gums and keep a pack handy in your bag at all times.
