How to have a healthy life during the summer
In order to function normally, our body must be healthy. Many people don’t care about their health, but you shouldn’t be one of them. Your health is precious, and you should pay a lot of attention on it. During the winter we are better protected from many factors. We are only exposed to low temperatures. But, during the summer, we are exposed to: insects, allergens, heat and many more factors. In order to live healthy, we must protect ourselves from all factors.
The first step is to realize that high heat isn’t good for us. Many people say that they like hot weather and they are enjoying, but your body thinks differently. During the time when daily temperatures are very high, do not go outside between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. All things that you have to do, you can do them before or after this period. Even then, you must use sun protection. If you must go outside in this time period, apply a sun protection on your skin. Also, bring the sun protection with you and apply it on every couple of hours.
Your body needs water, so drink it. But, drink water only when you are thirsty. Avoid drinking water when you think you should, in order to prevent dehydration. Always carry a bottle of water with you. If you feel headache or dizziness, you should visit a doctor.
But, you must have enough physical activity during the summer. So, go to the gym, when you can. Avoid exercising outside when it is too hot. Also, run in the morning, not before you go to bed, or you will have problems sleeping.
